How much are individual membership dues?
Individual members may join at the following levels:

Preserve Donor $5,000+
Landscape Donor $2,500
Plantation Donor $1,000
Woodland Donor $500
Wetland Donor $250
Vista Donor $100
Buffer Donor $50
Acre Donor $35

How much are business membership dues?
Business members may join at the following levels:

Business Members
Sponsor $2500 +
Patron $1,000
Benefactor $750
Friend $500
Associate $250

How do I join the Land Trust or renew my membership?
You can join the Land Trust online by using your Visa, MasterCard or American Express. If you prefer, you can join the Land Trust by sending a check through the mail or by paying with credit card over the phone. The Lowcountry Open Land Trust’s address is 485 East Bay Street, Charleston, SC 29403. The Land Trust’s phone number is 843.577.6510.

How will I know when it is time to renew my membership?
Individual and business memberships are good for one year from the day you join. As your renewal date approaches, you will receive a renewal notice with a remittance envelope. If you prefer, you may renew your membership online.

What should I do if I relocate or if my contact information changes?
If you are relocating or your contact information changes, please let us know so that we can update your membership record. We value your membership and do not want to lose touch!

How can I make a memorial or honorarium gift to the Lowcountry Open Land Trust?
If you would like to make a memorial or honorarium gift, you may do so online by using our Give a Gift of Membership form. Please be sure and specify the gift type in the designated area and provide the name of the person for whom the gift is being given. If you prefer, you may mail your contribution to the Land Trust offices or you may make your donation by credit card over the phone.

What types of gifts does the Land Trust accept?
The Land Trust accepts gifts of any type. We accept cash, checks, and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and American Express). We also accept gifts of stock, gifts in kind, bequests and other types of planned gifts. For more information, please see the section entitled Ways of Giving.
